Physiology Platforms for Microscopy

Our platforms for electrophysiology and neuroscience offer high-precision motorized and manual platforms for movement in the X, Y, and Z axes. They typically feature large surfaces to enable imaging of whole organisms, or mount peripheral equipment to facilitate complex experiments. Understanding that these applications often use highly variable samples, easy height adjustment is a common feature of Prior’s physiology platforms. Using our patented intelligent scanning technology (IST), our motorized systems can be relied upon when scanning multiple, distinct points in the sample. For samples that require extreme stability, options for manual movement or microscope translation are available.

They allow imaging requiring different measurement accessories and provide sample stability. Model organisms are supported via trivial stage height adjustment; microscope translation systems; precision motion; and low-noise technology.

Microscope Movement Platform: Allows microscope movements without the need to move the sample, benefiting the output quality of your imaging systems.

Sample Movement Platform: Moves the stage as well as the microscope, due to the motorized Z-Deck. This allows for precise and accurate positioning of your slides, whilst maintaining smooth movements.
