Antragsformular für die Warenrücksendung Genehmigung

Bevor Sie Produkte an Prior Scientific zurücksenden, bitten wir Sie mit diesem Formular eine RMA-Nummer (Return Merchandise Authorization) anfordern. Sobald wir das Formular erhalten haben, senden wir Ihnen eine RMA-Nummer und Versand-/Verpackungsanweisungen, damit das Produkt zur Reparatur zurückgeschickt werden kann.  

Wenn Sie auf dem Formular vollständige und genaue Angaben, besonders zum auftretenden Fehler machen, können wir Ihre Anfrage schneller bearbeiten und das Risiko vermeiden, dass wir Ihre Rücksendung nicht annehmen können. Verpacken Sie Ihr Gerät NICHT und schicken Sie es nicht zurück, bevor wir uns mit Ihnen in Verbindung gesetzt haben, bevor Ihre RMA-Anfrage nicht bestätigt ist. 

Wir bemühen uns, RMAs so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten, aber die Dauer hängt vom zurückgesandten Produkt und der Art des Fehlers ab. In der Regel dauert die Prüfung des Geräts zwischen 7 und 10 Arbeitstagen, in Stoßzeiten kann es jedoch auch länger dauern.   

Sobald wir das Gerät bewertet haben, senden wir Ihnen einen Kostenvoranschlag für Reparaturen, die nicht unter die Garantie fallen, führen aber keine Reparaturen durch, solange Sie uns nicht dazu ermächtigen.   

Für alle an Prior Scientific Ltd. zurückgesandten RMAs, die nicht unter die Garantie fallen, wird eine Minimum-Überprüfungsgebühr von EUR 300 für Systeme und EUR 265 für Komponenten erhoben.   

Für RMAs, die an Queensgate zurückgeschickt werden, kann eine Bewertungsgebühr von EUR 500 erhoben werden.

Um sicherzustellen, dass Prior und seine Kunden alle gesetzlichen Anforderungen für den grenzüberschreitenden Warenversand erfüllen, müssen alle an uns gesendeten Artikel sowohl auf dem bereitgestellten RMA-Formular als auch auf der Handelsrechnung vermerkt sein.

    Equipment being returned to Prior Scientific must be in its original protective packaging, and Prior will not be responsible for any damage incurred during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us for a quote. Equipment returned without its original packaging will incur a packaging charge to ensure the safe return shipment of the product after repair.
